What to expect
At Devanney Strength we aim to over deliver on your expectations every time nobody else offers such a comprehensive personal training experience. As soon as you place an inquiry we will invite you in for a 1-2-1 consultation in our private training facility during the consultation we will discuss your goals to find out exactly want needs to be done to get you there but that's not it. We always go a step further than everyone else during the consultation we will also perform and movement and flexibility assessment (This should be an industry standard practice, Unfortunately, it isn't). There's nothing to worry about this assessment isn't a beasting rather is a pretty gentle session that involves going through some flexibility tests and basic movement patterns. The assessment allows us as coaches to figure out any restrictions you may currently have and allow us to structure your training accordingly to not only make it effective but also safe for you to perform. This service is completely free of charge and requires absolutely obligations from you. After the consultation has finished and we have gathered the results along with your goals we will provide you with a write up about how the results will affect your training and what our plan of action would be if you want to go ahead with training we will also include 1-3 variations of that we think will best suit you and your goals. Once we get the go ahead we will develop you a bespoke training programme and book in your training session 1 month in advance and support you in reaching your goals.
WhoM do we cater for
This going to sound a little cliche but we cater for absolutely everyone. All of our training is tailored to you as an individual, currently, our youngest client is 16 and our oldest is 83. And we work with people who have been sedentary all their lives to high-level athletes. The needs of an elite athlete and the average joe differ by degree not kind. As you get older your need for strength and good movement do not decrease in fact if anything they become more essential. Learning how to move and move well in the fundamental movement patterns is something that can benefit everyone. Squatting, lunging, hip hinging, bracing, vertical pressing, vertical pulling, horizontal pressing, horizontal pulling, Anti Rotation, Anti Extension and Anti flexion. Sure these help you dominate the athletic field but they also come in handy as you get older and want to retain your independence.

Learn and Develop a nutritionally balanced meal plan, that is not just based around scientific evidence but also built around your lifestyle. You will also receive a copy of our monthly high-performance cookbook which contains 30 recipes for you to try out covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and small plates which are ready to be scanned into my fitness pal.


Support
Personal Trainers stop when they are off the clock coaches support you at all points. At Devanney Strength we provide Coaching. We also understand that going to the gym can be fairly daunting for some people so we want you to know that we are here to support you throughout your time training with us. And will go above and beyond to help you.
