Team Hybrid is an online strength and conditioning program. specifically designed to improve strength, power and increase lean muscle mass. The program can be used by both men and women who want to get stronger, Leaner and take their performance to another level. This program intricately blends Olympic lifting with powerlifting and bodybuilding work. Our Training program is delivered using the best in class mobile software allowing you to take your training with you anywhere you go as well as chat and connect with other members as well as have your coach answer your training questions. alongside this, We also provide nutritional education to help you eat better, feel better and look better but we also focus on developing a healthy relationship with food hence our focus on education opposed to meal plans.

I'm the owner and founder of Devanney Strength and have been working in the fitness industry as a strength & conditioning coach as well as a personal trainer for the past 10 years. I have worked with an extreme variety of clients from national level Muay Thai athletes, British record holders, Natural World strongest man competitor to those looking to get stronger and fitter and of more recent times working heavily with the elderly to help them maintain strength and independence as they age.
I believe in leading from the front as the head coach I want my clients to know that I will never ask them to do something that I wouldn't and am willing to step in at any point to suffer alongside them ensure I can get the most out of them.
I'm very interested in developing mental resilience in those I work with And strongly believe that a person is only limited by the thoughts he/she chooses. As he thinks, so he is: As he continues to think, so he remains.
I have a health first perspective when it comes to building elite performance this is reflected in the programming I provide and my approach to nutritional education. In order to perform you best, you must be healthy first building performance before taking care of health is like building a house without first digging the foundations, it's only a matter of time before it comes crumbling down.

Athletes don't perform random workouts neither should you.
Athletes don't go to the gym to workout they go to the gym to train. They have a specific plan to follow with specific goals that's why they get results. For you to make constant progress training must be waved with increasing difficulty to force your body to adapt. That exactly what we do best we train athletes. I know what your thinking "but I'm not an athlete" The needs of an Olympic athlete and someone who has no training experience differ by degree not kind. What this means is to have a fit, strong athletic body that not only looks great but is also just as functional the type of training isn't different to that of an Olympic athlete, the difference is the degree of the training how much intensity how much frequency etc. So if you want to look like an athlete you have to train like one. We help you take ownership of your training and make real progress instead of doing a random bunch of workouts without any real foresight.

Our approach to your nutritional education.
When it comes to elevating your performance training is just half the battle we need to make sure you eating properly to support your training as well as your body composition goals. We are interested in improving the ration of fat-free mass to fat mass. Our aim is to teach you how to eat in order to lose body fat and gain muscle mass to reveal a lean strong physique. Alongside this, however, we believe that a nutritional strategy should also fit into your lifestyle because if it doesn't how long are you going to adhere to it? Adherence is king when it comes to results. We provide educational material that educates and guides you enabling you to develop your own diet, of course, we are here to support and ask your questions. But I believe in putting the power in your hands.

What we expect from you!
Unlike most personal trainers who will take on any client, no matter how wavering their commitment, we are very particular about whom we take on. To this extent, there are certain conditions that we demand each client agree to before embarking on the programme.
Make the time to train three times a week for 60mins each session.
Must dedicate time to read the nutritional education pack each week and perform the homework given.
Accept that it's going to be tough but give 100% of your effort on each aspect be it training or learning.
We understand that everyone has a different level of ability when starting and some take longer than others to adapt to training we do not care nor will judge you on how unfit or out of shape you are we only care that you give it your all if you do that you will not be disappointed.
These are the things that we expect of you. If they sound too challenging, then we are sorry but we will not be able to take you on as a client. We reserve the right to cancel the remaining sessions with a refund given for those who cannot meet expectations or stick with their nutrition.
