Strong, Lean and Fit

When working towards your fitness goal, it is important to make sure that you are training effectively and efficiently or you could be wasting a lot of time not getting about where. The projectstrongwoman program is all about developing a strong lean and fit body.  We do this via a progressive strength training program set out in stages that are designed to take you from a complete beginner to learning how to use the barbell to scuplt and strengthen your body.

Dont Just follow, Understand

This isn't some generic meal plan for you to follow along in hope. No, we will actually teach you all of the elements involved in developing a healthy diet. You will learn what causes people to gain weight, and what causes them to lose weight. You'll learn about calories, macronutrients, vitamins and minerals,  meal timing and even about supplements. You'll learn how you can modify almost any diet to make it effective. How much protein, carbohydrates and fats you need and where to get them from. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge you need to be able to develop your own diet plan. Because when it comes to getting results nutrition is very important and when it comes to maintaining your results nutrition is imperative. If your diet is not sustainable then it's doomed to fail. 


The learning takes place about your own pace. We will send out the new section document each week but you will have constant access to these files for life so you will be able to learn at your own pace and refer back whenever you need to.

Make Dieting easy by Eating Delicious Meals

Each Month you will receive a new recipe book containing 30 delicious recipes. Getting in great shape requires consistency and discipline no doubt but it certainly doesn't need to be bland and boring. Each of the meals is designed to not only be tasty but also fit into a healthy balanced diet. We even went one step further by adding barcodes to each recipe yeah you can literally scan those meals straight into my fitness pal to making tracking a doddle.


Recipes will include Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, deserts and side dishes. So you will have more than enough choices

Motivation & Support

We understand that everyone needs some motivation and support sometimes. We have you covered every member will be invited to join the project strongwoman community group on Facebook. You will be able to talk to other members and support one another. not only that but you will also have access to a strength and conditioning coach a performance nutritionist to help you with your lifting technique and also answer your nutrition questions.
